Silent Yoga Retreat

The retreat starts on Friday at 4pm and end at 4pm on Sunday.
Our holistic approach, combining yoga with pranayama, meditation and group time (mindfulness practices), will encourage a deep meditative state and awaken your intuition. You will leave feeling energised, recharged and joyful. Our yoga practice will follow the natural human biorhythm and a special nutritional detox program will compliment the physical practice, helping to nourish, balance and restore the body.

10:30 – 11:30 Brunch
11:30 – 13:00 Group time, Mindfulness Practices
13:00 – 16:00 Rest (guided walk and ad-hoc program on Sunday)
16:00 – 17:30 Yoga
17:30 – 18:30 Pranayama / Meditation
18:30 – 19:30 Dinner
19:30 – 20:30 Group time, Mindfulness Practices
20:30 – 21:00 Meditation

The retreat starts on Saturday at 10am with the option of either a one or two night stay-over. The retreat will end at 1pm on the day of your choice.
